Probably was shipped the same day I paid for it because I got in days with normal shipping. Only concern was lack of basic information. But at this price, I am sure most people know what they are doing. I didn't know that I didn't need jumpers on SATA disk. (it's been a few years). So some google time was necessary to tech it all out. If a basic info sheet / and or sticker that advises no need for jumper I would rate at 5. The jumper pins are physically present, so that threw me. But after I figured it all out, it was easy and rocked out. They beat eBay and Amazon. Solid!
